Looks great TOM but I think you need a box just for any possible leaks etc?

First there was the stock motor with cam, headers maggie 112 making 5.5 lbs. it made 528rwhp 497 torque. Then the 402 with ETP 225 heads, maggie 122 overdriven made 11lbs of boost and that made 625rwhp 630 torque.

Still some minor details that need finished up that are DRIVING ME NUTS !!! But winters coming and there will be plenty of time for that.

On another note, I ordered the overflow tank last night. It will be here tomorrow.

Well, today UPS delivers and no h/e. I call Lightening performance and have to jump hoops and barrels for them to find my order. Get put on hold and then told, it's shipping today. WTF? I tell them I was told it would ship last Thursday, then they tell me it fell through the cracks. I explained how I had planned to tear the car apart Wednesday night to install this. I might as well have been talking to a brick wall.

I was very polite, never raised my voice. I wonder if they were ever going to call me and let me know they didn't ship I doubt it! I wonder if or when they would have noticed?

end of rant
Man I'm going through the same thing, but I only live 3.5 miles from them as I told him the other day lol, its supposed to be here by Tuesday at the latest. How much did your IAT's drop with the new heat exchanger?

So with this swap the IAT are alot higher then I thought they would be, but I do understand why they're higher, the new Heat exchanger sits 6" to 8" in front of the radiator and air is not being pulled across it like the magnacharger one as it sits right on the condensor/radiator and air can be pulled through with the fans, in the mist of all this i'm looking at adding 3-5" fans to pull air across this. tom if you have simular results please let me know or I could have other problems???? Thanks.
