Superchips 2865 and T/C Issues

I've been using the performance tune installed with a superchips 2865 flashpaq on my 2006 gto for awhile now. Today, 08/07/13, I restored the tune to stock to check my cooling fans. When I re installed the performance tune, My T/C now shows "Trac Off" on the dashboard display. The traction control switch no longer functions and T/C always indicates that it's off via the display (Even when the car is first started). However, When I launch the car from a dead stop it is obvious that the T/C is functioning as the car is pulling timing and/or applying the brakes, and can't even spin the tires. Previously, with the performance tune installed, and when launching the car from a dead stop with T/C off, it would spin the tires at 6500 rpm in first and then when it shifted into second the tires spun even faster and would leave lots of rubber behind on the street and a small amount of rubber smoke-(this was without power braking). Now the car wont spin the tires at all. However, if the car is rolling at all and I give it full throttle, it lights the tires up and pitches it sideways at shift into second. I tested this today from a 17 mile an hour roll and when it kicked down into first it spun like crazy and pitched it sideways when it hit second. Obviously, the car is not pulling timing from a roll but kills the power from a dead start. Restoring the tune to stock didn't resolve this issue. and then reinstalling the tune to performance also had no effect . This first occured when I decided to change the transmission tune to more shift pressure and reflashed the computer with the changes. No other functions appear to be affected. I have noticed that when I reprogram using the 2865 I get an "ABS Fault" showing up on the display-It also shows the traction control is off. But, when I checked DTC codes there aren't any; and also, no warning lights remain on after installing the performance tune and starting the car. I would like to fix this as I want to hit the track with drag radials and heat them up for a hard launch--Any Ideas?? Sorry this is so long, any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!!
