Just go to Google to search "rim pinstripe decal" and see what you find...

IIRC the guy I bought my 17s from said he used pin striping tape from one of the auto parts stores. I want to try blue, to match my IBM, but haven't found any that color yet...although I haven't looked very hard.

We carry them at my store...I'm there on Sundays if you are in the Austin area. Sadly Chicago would be kind of a drive.
I bought mine for $5.19...40' of 1/4" red pinstriping from the '3 guys in Minnesota'.
Most stores sell 1/4" and 1/8" widths, which is nice because it gives you the flexibility to decide how pronounced you want the look to be on a given wheel.
Blue may be a tad harder to find, but you are in Chicago so lots of stores?
Yax your response knocked me out of my chair! Flippin smart-@$$! Lolz.

I used "time attack rings".
But regular vinyl pinstripe tape will work and a helluva lot cheaper

Buying wheels for a late model GTO was so hard, I made my own by refinishing a set of 18s with(don't kill me) Chrysler PDR paint and blue painted on pinstripes
