I have two sets of 243s. Both with about 6k miles on them.
First set:
243 cylinder Heads with LOW miles. No 60k mile heads here lol, there's only about 6k miles on these heads including the Lunati Dual valve springs. It's a full dual .660 spring kit from Lunati . I have these springs in my car as well and couldn't be happier with them. Bolt these on and go on your LS1 for some extra power and cam it while you're there!
