Very nice numbers... Thats the cam that I'm going to be getting soon... How do you like it? Are you still on your stock clutch? Cause i'm thinking I should get a monster stage 3 clutch before the cam that way the clutch will hold up with the power..

I like it. I have had it for about a year now, and the stock clutch did not hold. It was ok on the street, but at WOT shifts it slipped. And on the track on the 1-2 shift it kept giving up lol

However, with my tune dialed in, if I am driving in 3rd anywhere near 3000 rpm and punch it, the tires spin lol

Damn thats some nice numbers there!

That is spot on with my whp Goal with the GTO .. but it's going to be a bit harder to accomplish with the LS1.

Great job man, thats some good numbers! How long did the SD tune take you? :) I'm almost done tuning mine now, but I know when I start to turn the boost up I may have switch to SD.

So, SD took me a couple of days driving around in varying types of conditions. Fortunately for me, when I went to do it, the weather was right in the middle of where it normally is here.

In reality I Was afraid to do SD, and the only reason I did it was because I couldn't get the MAF to play well with VE. I could run straight MAF, or straight VE, and get them tuned, but as soon as I brought the two togethor, the car ran poorly, and started adding all kinds of fuel.

However, I got the SD so dialed in, that the car drove better then ever, so I decided that was what I was sticking with

Cool, I've been working on my tune for about 3 weeks and I'm almost done with it. The VE table was the hardest part, but now I almost have my MAF Cal within -3 to 0 error average, so I'm almost happy with it lol. I just dont think I will ever be "done" with it.

If you don't mind me asking where did you get your tuning knowledge from? I'm really thinking about buying Greg's new DVD but it's really pricey.

All of my knowledge has come from reading, and reading more, and then trial and error lol. A lot of it is pretty straight forward, the only difficult parts are figuring out what might be causing an issue if you are having one.

That DVD is worth the money from what I hear

thats about where I want to be at as well, except also with an LS1. Im going for the full H/C/I package to get there (plus a little, hopefully).

Good numbers but that AFR looks a little whack. Should only get better if you can flatten it out a bit.

one would think, and one would be wrong. I had it as flat as a ruler, and lost 15 hp and 10 Tq. I pissed with it for an hour, and every single variation from where the A/f is on that chart lost me power in that corresponding rpm range

I saw the A/F line and was going to say something too, but if that works for you, go for it man. Great numbers.

Fair enough. You def know more about it than me, cuz I don't even try to tune my car. :)

lol, believe me, it was frustrating. Every other car I can get the a/f in a nice line, and the car is happy. My car must be part female, it doesn't like anything normal. :)
