Has Anyone Polished Stock 17s?

I have 2 beat up 17's in my garage I was going to use for winter wheels so I figured I would want to experiment with them, strip them down and polish them.

I was just wondering if anyone has pictures of polished 17's? If they come out good, I plan on doing the rest of my wheels currently on the car.

My friend polished his Impala wheels and it looks good! No protection on them, and yet somehow they always have a polished look. (You can tell up close, but from a distance they always look good).

I figure Polished would look much better than the plain silver.

After polishing my 18's there is no way I would try to polish the 17''s lol. There are just to many edges, Good luck if you try and post up the results!

Altough Kyle they do look good.But granted alot of time was spent on em.To the op.Just paint em.

Yea I would hate to have to polish stock 17's. It would take forever with all the detail compared to the stock 18s.

I'm starting to think this will be the route I take (Powdercoating).
