Need Advice?

Alright here's the deal. On Sunday August 2nd I ordered Kooks Headers from SpeedInc. I called them Monday and they told me that they were currently out of stock, and was expecting to get them within the next week or two. So I decided to call around. I happened to talk to Matt at Texas Speed, and he said that he had 2 sets of the headers ready for shipment. This happened Wed 5th so I called SpeedInc to cancel my order seeing I could get them faster from Texas Speed. According to the guy he would credit my card the money and my order was canceled. That was last Wed and I still do NOT have the money back on my credit card. Is this normal to have to wait a week to get my money back? Any advice is welcome..

I would wait till tomorrow, I think it is 3-5 business days till it comes back on your card.

Oh, and have it delivered here instead. lol

I thought that as well, but I wasn't sure. And it was making me a little nervous. I thought they weren't suppose to charge you until they have the headers? Funny thing is they didn't charge me until the morning of the day that I called to cancel the order... :banghead:

So as the day is going on I was getting pissed off at the fact that I do not have the money back on my account. So I decide to call my credit card company and the lady tells me it should only take 2 days. She sees nothing of a credit going back to my card. So she tells me to call SpeedInc in the morning. If they say they already did the return to call my credit card company back, and they would credit my account back, and they would file a despute on SpeedInc. So we'll see what happens tomorrow..

Banks are always horrible about putting money back onto your card. They always say it'll take 2-3 business days but it always takes at least a week. But then again, I'd climb into Speed Inc's ass about not crediting it when they said they would.

Dude I just got my refund TODAY from Speed Inc's F'up of selling me the infamous LS1 Oil pump that DIDN'T FIT with the double roller timing chain. I had that sh!t installed almost a month ago!!

U wanna know something smurfed up... Well today I was really pissed off because I still didn't have the money. So I call Speed Inc and get actually a pretty nice guy. So he looks up my account and tells me the guy that did my return LAST WEEK gave me STORE CREDIT, and did NOT put it back to my credit card.. I was like why the smurf did he do that. So the guy credited my card back the money so I should see the money in about 2 days.. I knew I should have called last Friday.. They probably tried to pull a fast one to get me to buy something else.. F that place.. Won't try to buy something from them again..
