Hi, I'm Dave and I live in Austin. :cool:

I'm looking for some cool places to hang out with fellow GTO owners! If you guys know of any, let me know! :confused:

I also like to mod my car! What should I do first? I thought about twin 70mm turbos on a forged 427 LSX ironblock with 238/240 .710/700 lift 115 lsa cam, 9.2:1 compression, LSX 6 bolt heads, with an 8500 RPM valvetrain kit to get me at least 1200hp on pump gas, but my mom says that with my McDonalds job, it will take me 23 years to pay it off. What do you guys think? Should I do it? :eek:

Do you know about how to access the Performance mode? You hold the T/C button for 30 seconds and BAM! 100 HP :) Glad you are here Yax, time to put that service manual through it's paces.

LOL I already tried that performance mode thing, but when I did it, the rear windows rolled down. I must have a short some place. :( Damn my luck.

Okay, so, change in plans. Sadly, I can't afford the setup I want, so I am going to de-mod and sell all the parts I've purchased. Sadly, I never bought any parts, which means I never installed anything, so I am going to sell my excess parts.... broken parts. Part. I'm going to sell one part that I broke.

Up for sale!!! One broken LS2 fuel rail!!! As you can see, the schrader valve is missing. It's missing because I over-torqued it installing this stupid fuel pressure safety switch. Otherwise, it's in mint condition... ah... for a used, beat up, broken fuel rail.

Obviously, you can't install it on your car, so it can make a nice coffee table decoration, and during holidays, a tree ornament! I also thought of wrapping it with lights, and screwing it to a wall, and making it a sconce. Might need two of them to make it look right, so if you need me to **** another fuel rail, I'll do it for free. :cool:

okay, so I'm guessing with the weak dollar, the exchange rate for 20 cent NZ is about $20,000 so if you throw in the rare Southern Hemisphere lint, I think that's fair for the garden hose holder, er fuel rail.
