thanks for the compliments on the sig and the wheels. i like them, but i'm thinking about selling them. tires cost too much for the rears. i've got 285's on them now, but they wont last forever. i was gonna have the pc'd gloss black, but tires r really pricey.

while im in AZ my buddies gonna notch my control arms so i can use a wider tire and or pull the wheel in a little. the rear of my car sits really high. too high really. i want to drop the car a bit.

There isn't nothing wrong with the stance of your car, I think it looks good. Leave them white, if you did them black it would be too much in my opinion, the white sets them off nicely. Instead of notching the trailing arms why not do a mini tub, they can be had for around $700 from what I have read and its a much cleaner job when its all done and said, then you can go up to 315's.

thank you brian. the wheels are silver not white though. lol i had black 17's on it before. looked good. i also had a drop all around with drag bags. like an idiot i sold all my parts bc i was trying to sell the car, but then i decided not to, so i am having to get all the parts again lol

i have drag bags in stock springs on the rear and some drop springs in the front. the angle of my sig doesn't show how high my rear sits. i'll post another pic. still doesn't show it but oh well.

so here I go. I'm leaving for CREST/combat/field med training tomorrow. I have about 51 days in this training which will end OCT 9th. I hope things go fast and aren't too hard. I have a small issue with going back to the boot camp mentalilty, but I'll have to deal with it. 8 weeks of this and I finally get to go home.

Probably wont be on much. Probably just on the weekends and that's if I'm not out in the field. If I can get internet, I'll be on at times.

Did you buy a wideband? Your really pushing that stock fuel pump with a 150 shot. I can change it, but it cost me like 150 bucks. because I have to use 2 credits to make any changes.

I completly agree about the clutch.And as for thurs. where doing,cam,springs,pushrods,headers,my 3" insanley loud exhuast,150 pills,and the,lingenfelter pump<<<Is there any tips or tricks you can give me about installing this thing.This is the first one i have ever installed in one of these cars.The heads are being traded for a set of ported 243s(mine are ported and decked 5.3 heads from TEA) that arnt decked.I didnt wanna go threw the head ach of finding the right pushrod,then waiting a week for it to get here and my car being down that long.The stupid honda i had for a DD finally blew so the goat is now agine my DD.LOL

There is a write up on LPE's web site on how to install the pump. As for the pushrod's it's also going to depend on what thickness head gaskets you go with. But you should be able to search on the "other forum" for more info on that.

I tried the all mighty search button and nothing came up.So i called texas speed,vengence,carter,maryland speed,and even TEA.They all gave me the same answer.Check it with a pushrod length checker,then when you find out what you need call us back and we can hook you up.And thank for the tip on LPE.Im thinking about moveing up to some #42 injectors to squezz the most of out it.

to go along with all them phone calls you made to hear the same thing over and over, you will need to use "checker" springs on your valves while performing this check, the regular ones can put too much pre load on the valves for an accurate measurement. The key thing here Tyler is PATIENCE, if you rush through all this and take the cheap way out you are going to be severely dissapointed when something breaks that could have been prevented. Just sit back and think how long Kyle has waited to install his Pro Charger, do you think he waited this long for no reason? There were alot of the "little things" that had to be either purchased, or lined up to happen before all that could begin. Dont rush a good thing.

I wanted to trade the heads anyways becuz i plane on doing FI.The heads where free.And now in a couple weeks im going to get my new ones from my CSM.Im trading him my decked and ported heads for his ported 243 heads.They are 2.05,1.60.So it worked out anyways.

OK, so who did you get to do the tune for you? If you had that much issue just putting headers on, you need to find another line of work my friend, they aint that bad. The power steering lines just need to be started BY HAND from underneath and hand tightened, then you can get a line wrench in behind the header primaries and tighten them up. Sounds good!!

Well we spent 5 minutes and fixed everything.We drilled the hole out to a 1/4" and BAM she runs like a dream now.Doesnt die,smooth throtle,and best of all only takes you one time to start it.Wish i would have done this to begine with,would have made tonight alot better.kyle props on the pro-charger looks really good man.And Brain as usuall thanks for the tip on the PS lines.

Well I "assumed" that you would have checked the battery,,,,,,,,,,,,I guess that is what I get for ASS uming???? Take it out carry it down to the parts store and have them put a load check on it, that will tell the true story, and for God's sake don't waste your money on one of them Optima any color top batteries if you need one, do what Brett did and get the Interstate 815 CCA for $105.

You need to take it out, and take it to a part store that will put it on a load tester and that will tell you the truth. If there is somthing wrong with your starter ( like a internal short) it can draw a lot more voltage than it should. If I were you take the starter and the battery out and take it to your local part store and have them test it, so you can find the problem and not waste any money doing it.

Let me throw out a suggestion here,,,,,,,,,,take a basic electricity course, it will help you immensly to understand what happens when you put a load on a battery or any electrical storage device. Any time you put a load on a battery, especially starting an engine there will be a voltage drop, its not so much the voltage drop that will hurt you, its how many amps the battery can provide, volts and amps are two very different animals.

Like has been suggested twice already, get a load test performed on the battery, that is the only true way to tell if its good or not, and even at that if the battery is a few years old, there is nothing to say that it won't feil the next time you try to use it.

Ok well Brian today i took a lil batt. 101.And i found out that my battery checkes out.Im going to have to replace the starter.I was hopeing for a rebuild kit but nooooo not for our starters,just every other one out there.And threw summit its going to run me 180.00 w/shipping.

If you get it through summit you should have it within 2 days. Also check fleabay. There was a place in Savannah that rebuilt starters and alternators can't remember the name.

OK lets throw another thought out there, have you checked both the positive and grounds on the starter itself? If either are corroded or loose that is an issue as well.

I also have ALL the stock stuff I took off mine that needs to start finding new homes. Motor mounts, complete stock exhaust system with cats, stock intake tube and box, I have an extra differential mount, stock brake lines, LS2 stock cam with springs and push rods.

Right?LOL.i couldnt beilive it.When he told me that my battery had only 440cca i was amazed it even started it to begin with.It didnt say it on the batt. i had to find out when i got it tested.I aslo got the starter test tonight.It works perfect.So they say that everytime i truned the car over the amps and cca took a hit and even thow the battery checks out to be ok it can still be drained on the inside.So tomorow im picking up a new battery and hopefully that works.If not i dont know what the deal is.

Ok well a lil update on project (my car sucks and im a tard).So we throw the new batt. in (1000cca) and went to turn it over.Nothing still.So my buddie says it looks like the belts are binding.Well ummmm,check all the pulls?So we did and come to find it its the GDMF power steering pump.The stupid thing is locked up.This whole time its been that all along.Thank god there only 75.00 bucks.BUT i cant get it until wed.I feel like im haveing a nightmare,due to my own stupidity..Go ahead Brain,lets here your coments.LOL

hey all. finally found some time to get on here and say hi.

Hey Travis.I got a intresting phone call today from your guy Tony.Some was running there mouth about my car and now some duche in a 300C SRT-8 thinks hes going to walk all over me.They told me i would think twice about running him once i saw his intake??And i never spoke directly to the owner of the car,one of his "boys" called me.So where going to run him in Pauls camaro,since mine is un-tuned.I just dont like people calling my phone and harrasing me,talkin ****,and what have you.

Tyler I don't think the ws6 has any headwork done , the only thing power wise since I owned it is the longtube headers and the intake manifold.
