Bought some SAP grilles unpainted and wanted the SAP grey (already painted). called him up, he said no problem. just send back the others and then call him up and pay the difference and he'll ship out the other ones.
For a sponsor on a forum for me that's good business. I was kind of sketchy to buy from the sponsors at first but after dealing with Spencer, I'm going to look at the sponsors products on here, ls1gto, and gtoforum first.
Long story short---if businesses handled themselves like this guy, there wouldn't be a need for a complaint department. definitely getting my business and recommendation.
