How to create a social group

Social groups are a great way to find others who are interested in the same things you are, as well as eliminate those pesky friendly gatherings you've always disliked. Here is a quick 'how to' that should help isolate you and your group of friends from the rest of the world...

1. click on the 'community' drop down from the blue ribbon across the top of the screen. select 'social groups' and scroll down to the bottom.

2. click on 'create a new group' you can choose to have your group available for all to join, public or you can keep it invite only by selecting one of the options below the description field.

3. from here, select a category for your group (at this time, all are listed as 'uncategorized.' next, choose a name and create a description of your group. eg: 'drummers' 'a group for drummers to discuss all things rhythm.'

click 'save' when finished

4. now select an image that best reperesents your group... keep it within the site rules for all images and you should be fine.

5. congratulations! you should now see your group under the your groups section. start marketing your new group and enjoy your exclusive clique!
