Ordered from V-LEDS:
1 pack) 1157 bulbs (http://www.v-leds.com/Exterior-LED/Turn-Signal-LED/Red-LED/V-LEDS-RED-92-M-SMT-TAILBRAKE-p7472056.html)

1 pack) resistor mounting plate covers (http://www.v-leds.com/BlinkerWarning-Fix/Turn-Signal-Fix/2-SINGLE-LOAD-RESISTOR-p8810545.html)
1 pack) back up bulbs (http://www.v-leds.com/Exterior-LED/Turn-Signal-LED/White-LED/V-LEDS-HID-WHITE-20-LED-p6417549.html)

I did not use the resistors, and I am assuming I did not need to only because I had already installed an electronic flasher for the front turn signal bulbs that are the "switchback" style led bulbs.
I elected to remove the hard plastic cover just inside the truck that goes from left to right and covers the latch bracket. I only did this for ease of installations and you may not choose to.
1. To remove plastic cover, using small flat blade screw driver, remove the four cap plugs accessing the phillips screws. Remove the phillips screws and the two phillips screws / push pins in the upper corners. Remove cover.
