It is time for the Dealware Goats to come out of the woodworks!!

Saturday, August 29th at Dirk's place in Townsend, DE

LS1 Impulse volunteered to cook us all ribs.

I'll bring the beer, and, with Geoff as my partner, the comedic entertainment.

Time and other details soon to follow.

Im pretty much down for anything. Lee and I have talked about doing this for a while. I have been seeing more and more goats in my area, not sure if any are members though.

I was trying to originally get an LS1Tech/LS1GTO thing at Border Cafe, but could never think of a date/time.

ill make the time for a get together! like shane said, we ve wanted to do this for awhile. theres a goat owner moving back from arizona who posted about get togethers in delaware. hes probably going to go to the del-rod meet on every other sat at greentree shopping center. we should let him know about this site and what we plan to do. im sure we can count him in.
there are other goats in dover but never seen them in the forum. one has a liscense plate of mygto, its an silver 04.
maybe shane and i can drive around and track people down. just a thought.

i just read under the northeast section that dirk is working the weekend of the 22nd. he said its now the next weekend, the 29th-30th. we have all 4 of our kids that weekend. may be an issue, we never discussed kids. besides i would have to take 2 vehicles now. :(

Yeah I will need to know how many will be there. The ribs can get pricey so donations will be accepted :D

we have a sams membership if you dont shane. also, we get good deals on chicken and steaks at haas buthchershop on hazlettville rd from time to time.

also, talked to linda and we ll bring potato salad and deviled eggs.

Thats where I usually get the ribs. Usually the best prices and best quality rib you can get around here.

OK, If my work schedule permits, I'll be comming and hopefully bringing wifey (so I can induldge). I still don't know what to bring -looks like all bases are covered. I've read where LS_1 Impulse is seeking donations so that much I/we can do. If there is something else, give a mention.

Ill handle the burgers/dogs/buns and ill have soda and water on hand. Still looking for snacks if anyone wants to bring chips/pretzels etc. If you want something specific to drink,i suggest you bring it.

im inviting a few more car friends down and ill hopefully get some insight as to what they will be bringing soon.

hey jeff, i posted on the "official meet" thread that we ll bring deviled eggs and potato salad. you going to be the one updating everything? guess ill just watch both threads.
