Got codes P0050, P0059, P0155 after my header install (brand new O2s, and extensions). Got the codes cleared today after swapping the O2s bank-to-bank. CEL came back on next start. I'll get 'em scanned tomorrow, but I'm hoping that it's a bad extension... Thoughts?

Were the CEL's for the same side, or did they follow the sensor?

They were the same side.

The code is basically saying that the self diagnostic test for the heater
element is failing. It doesn't mean your O2 sensor itself is not working.
Once the exhaust temp is up, it'll heat the O2 sensor to its normal
operating range. The heating element is to speed up the operation
of the O2 sensor so it works earlier following a cold start.
Your code could be a result of a failing H02S heater element, or a
wiring problem.

Since the code stayed on the same side I would say look into what Jay is saying. If the sensor was bad and causing the error, the error should have followed it.

If you didn't swap the extensions when you swapped the sensors, I would bet your one extension may be bad.

That would be my guess as well

Ok, before swapping O2 extensions, I had it scanned once more. Now I have P0420 as well. Grrrrrrrrrrr. I'm going to put the O2s back the way that they were, and swap the extensions side-to-side (after ohming them out) and have the codes cleared. We'll see if the code follows the extension or stays with the harness. @#%@#%
Horribly frustrating...

I pulled the extensions this morning and sure enough, the passenger side has an open on the black wire. I just contacted Maryland Speed to get it rectified.
Any thoughts on the P0420 ? Or is this just a fact of life with longtubes and high flow cats?

Yep P0420 is low cat efficiency. That one you will have to have tuned out or it will always stay lit. Also if you want to pass inspection :secret:

I pulled the extension - bad crimp! I fixed it, then when going to put it back in... discovered that the passenger side doesn't NEED an extension. DOH! Plugged the O2 back in without an extension, went to Azone to have the codes cleared and took a couple of drives. No CEL! Just gotta keep the P0420 off... getting a cam&tune this weekend, so I'll ask them to tune the thresholds so it doesn't come back. Yay!
