Got a rev and wave from a couple of folks in a nice clean great sounding Purple Cosmos today around 4:45 p.m. on Eckert near Bandera as I waited in line at Carl Jr.'s.

Saw a Cyclone Grey 06 parked in Academy parking lot on 1604 near Potranco with Nevada license plates. Then on the way home saw a BOM on Culebra headed towards 1604. It needed a bath. Oh, and a Red GTO is usually parked at the Jim's at 1604 and Culebra. Either they work there or they really enjoy Jim's food. :eek:

Saw a YJ on 151 heading east yesterday at 3:00pm.

Saw a YJ with black hood stripes here in the Medical Center a couple of days ago. On Wednesday there was a black 05/06 on a flatbed trailer headed down Horizon Hill (maybe on it's way to CarMax?) There was also a black one parked in the St. Tropez apartment complex on Horizon Hill today around lunch.

I didn't see this, but my buddy told me that he was at walmart a couple of nights ago (410 and rigsby) and saw an IBM with a black trunk mod (just like mine). He actually contacted me and though it was me over there. So apparently there is a goat out in my area that is very similar..... Anybody on this forum???

It's tough to get everyone together. A few of us have tried and put effort, but only a few goats ever show. I tried to put together a dyno day a few months back and posted on 4 different forums for weeks before and all I could get was 5 goats. That's why I haven't really tried to put something together. That and three kids with sports keeps me EXTREMELY busy.

The fbodys always get together so I usually roll with them when I get a kitchen pass. Maybe we can coordinate with them.

I'm in for saturday though.

Cool man. Yeah last year was my first goatfest. I've had my gto for just about 3 years and wish I would have known about it sooner. After goatfest, it's pretty sweet seeing a ton of goats cruising around Fredericksburg. You'll have a good time if you are able to make it. I am making sure to go. I posted a video on YouTube of our caravan there last year if you wanna check it out. Just enter my user name (rabs6point0) and you'll find it.

Just met up with my buddy. He has a 2004 gto IBM/ blue int M6. He is selling it and it ONLY HAS 15,000 miles on it!!! WHO WANTS IT???? this gto is practically brand new!!!!

You know, since this thread is about "San Antonio area sightings", I'd like to keep it for that, but I haven't seen ANY gto's since I moved here over 2 weeks ago.
However, the job I started yesterday, is a place I used to work at from 02-2005, and when I worked here before there was a guy with a 2005 TR, and he still works there and still had the gto. I'm gonna ask him to see if he knows about this forum.

i see a red 04 all the time, as well as an orange 05-06 in the 151 area, both of them everyday i get off work. occasionally i see the blue orange and silver one at the friday meets.

Just saw my 1st GTO here in SATX!!!! Was a 2005 IBM at Peter piper pizza off of military dr.
17's with a possible corsa exhaust. Was missing the "GTO" rear bumper insert.

Saw a 2005 IBM with chrome 17's yesterday, on SE military. Some lady driving it. I slowe down to let her catch up to me (on my left) and she never bothered to even look over. Her windows were down and so were mine. I'm sure she at LEAST heard me :(

04 torrid red on military drive a little while ago (southeast side)... Sat behind me at a light, and afterwards passed me. He didn't even look over or anything. If you're not gonna wave or whatever, AT LEAST look over!!!! Haha. Or get rid of your GTO and let someone else own it that'll appreciate it!!!!

i been to SA a couple of time. i live in killeen and deployed now. ill be home soon and im setting up a huge car meet and racing. it will be on the 14th of january. a lot of fast cars and no ricers. these are legit cars evos, srt4s, camaro's, vette's, goats, mustangs new and old 5.0's and hondas. you should go
