Hey guys for early next summer would everyone be interested in gathering in New Braunsfels to float the river and maybe camp out for the weekend?
This is something I am tossing back and forth and would like to get a bunch of Texas Goats together for it.

Of course if someone wants to run with this idea for this summer go for it, next summer is hoping there will be more water and I have a baby due in a week so anything for this summer I am out :-P

I'd be down. I know the ETG's will be at the river in August this summer, I heard from a lot of people today that it is a whole lot of fun.

Man, I can still feel the sunburn from the last time I did that. There was an LS2.com GTG in 2004 (I hit 10K miles on the goat on the way back from that trip.) I didn't realize that you needed to reapply waterproof sunscreen after a couple of hours. :(

Yeah I know, but I think it is a ETG thing. While I know any of us can jump in and join but people tend to stay to their groups and like I said, I can't go this year :p

It started as a ETG thing...but anyone is welcome, it was just started by a ETG member Ash....we have a blast!

the woman and i go to the river every year, we love it and adding a car show to the list of fun events would be AWESOME.

that being typed, i have to say... the river has been getting ****tier and ****ter every year. the testosterone levels are rising and the water levels are dropping at equally alarming rates.

i would be glad to go and totally will, but leaving my car anywhere unattended at the river is not going to happen.

Correction it was MY IDEA, Ash just planned everything. Since she wanted to be the ETG's "Event's Coordinator".:p

Yes I did I suggested it in our BS Part 2 thread (after the Tyler Dyno Day) when we were looking for something to do during the summer of 2007 THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
