E4. I was going to the promotion board in August since we were scheduled to redeploy in Sept but now that we're leaving early no board for me until we get back. My points are like 5 something i believe. Whats you MOS?

I have 60 hours of correspondence courses, I just went to the board in June so just now got really serious on them (Only had 24 when I went to the board the rest ive gotten since then)

Yea i just started getting serious about getting promoted but i'm still not worried if i don't get my 5 before i get out. I'm really not motivated that's why especially since i don't plan on staying in i'm just like eh why put up with soldiers crap when i can be senior specialist and lay low lol. I know i know it's bad thinking but i hate this brigade.

I have a college degree and I want to get into CID. When I get into CID i want to work in the field, rather than manage at first. I am getting all the benifits, plus my masters degree and then moving on to FBI afterwards..... at least thats my plan for now.

Just found out that my OCS packet got denied due to a single signature on the main application. Apparently the other form with a full evaluation (with signature) from the Commander of the said missing signature isnt good enough. So now I stay as an E-4 about to board after WLC. I will have about 500 points (new centralized point system) and hopefully that will be enough!!!
